Terms and Conditions

• Initial orders are profoma invoiced and goods will be held for fourteen days only.

• 30 days credit from date of invoice is available to approved applicants upon receipt of a completed credit application form.

• Orders under $100.00 ex GSTwill have a $25.00 handling charge added.

• Freight charges from Brisbane will be added to all accounts.

• Orders can be paid by Cheque, credit card - Mastercard, Visa or by direct deposit.

• Claims for breakages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods otherwise credit will not be valid. All claims must be made in writing and faxed to us.

• Prices exclude GST. 10% GST will be added to the listed price of all items.

• Retention clause is applicable: Property in and title to the goods will not pass to the customer but will remain with Bella Rue until the customer has paid for the goods in full.

• Ascendancy clause is applicable: The terms contained in our Standard Terms of Trade shall be paramount over any terms or conditions contained in the purchaser's order form, unless a variation is agreed to in writing by Bella Rue.

• Risk in the goods supplied on our invoices transfers to the buyer at point of delivery.
