this scarf is 44cm wide and 160cm long
it has two rows of elastic which makes it ruffle/rouche beautifully. It also has "fishing line" sewn in all around the hem to give a scallop effect.
You can wear this as a shrug/shawl as the elastic helps this scarf drape across the shoulders.
This scarf is made from a beautiful light fabric with a lovely sheen
